These terms govern your use of Whiteprint. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Whiteprint converts 3D CAD models into 2D technical drawings. You upload STEP or IGES files, and we generate dimensioned drawings in PDF, DXF, and SVG formats. The service is provided as-is, and while we work hard to ensure accuracy, you're responsible for verifying that outputs meet your requirements before use in production.
You retain all rights to CAD files you upload and drawings we generate from them. We don't claim ownership of your designs. We access your files only to provide the service and for troubleshooting if you report an issue.
You represent that you have the right to upload any files you submit—don't upload proprietary designs belonging to others without authorization.
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@whiteprint.ai.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Use Whiteprint for legitimate engineering work. Don't:
Free tier users can process a limited number of files per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD. We'll give you 30 days notice before changing prices for existing customers.
If payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 14 days to update your payment method before suspending access to paid features.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We provide Whiteprint as a tool to assist your engineering workflow, not as a replacement for professional judgment. You're responsible for validating that generated drawings are accurate and suitable for your application.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll email you 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
